It adopts professional thermal analysis technology to real‑time track gear oil temperature and remaining service life, supporting online detection even during continuous production. Equipped with high‑precision thermal sensors and an evaluation module, the unit collects temperature data and automatically calculates residual oil lifespan based on oil specifications. Users can set custom threshold values to receive timely warning alerts when parameters go beyond limits. It helps enterprises precisely adjust maintenance intervals to match actual production workflows, simplify scheduling, and enhance machine operational efficiency and economic benefits.
