Whether it’s millions of kilometers of track, freezing Siberian temperatures, extreme heat, maximum starting torques and rotational speeds, extremely dusty environments, or axial and radial jolts at high speeds—no matter the route, the FLENDER ZBG performs reliably in all conditions.

This torsionally rigid coupling features a robust, weight-optimized design. Heavy components are directly mounted on the motor or gear unit shafts; the coupling’s internal parts compensate for any operational misalignments, resulting in only minimal unbalanced forces and vibrations. The patented slip hub protects the drive system, while sealed grease chambers prevent lubricant leakage and eliminate potential fire hazards.
